Cultivating

self-compassion.

Quirks and all.

Specialties

I work with individual adults 18+ who are looking to create a better relationship with themselves as a whole. My practice is firmly anti-racist, LGBTQIA-friendly, size-inclusive, and supportive of all consensual adult relationship styles.

Body Image

If you struggle with body image, sense of identity, or relationship with food, we’ll work together to unlearn diet culture and patterns of negative self-talk.

Depression, Anxiety, ADHD

If you’re experiencing frustration with losing things, time management, or executive dysfunction, developing strategies for practicing self-compassion and managing symptoms can drastically change your quality of life.

Unpacking Masculinity

Gendered socialization may cause you to struggle with emotional expression, communication, or interpersonal conflict. I approach the exploration of gendered behavior, traditional or non-conforming, with playfulness and understanding.

In my personal therapy journey, I’ve always found the discovery of my most fulfilled, authentic self to be fun and engaging

I love finding creative ways to adapt to life and understand myself.

Meet Me

Looking for a therapist can be overwhelming, especially if you’ve never gone to therapy before.

When you connect with me as a therapist, you’re connecting with a whole person, not a disembodied notepad that occasionally goes, “Hmmm...”

Working towards your mental health goals doesn’t have to drain the life out of you. In therapy with me, we can approach challenges with playfulness and curiosity. I bring my whole self to our sessions, and hope you’ll do the same, even if it’s hard to at first.

Therapy is a collaborative process between two actual humans; we’ll either click or we won’t, and that’s totally okay.

If you’re ready, let’s see how we go together in a free 15-minute phone consultation.
