I work with adult individuals and couples who are trying to shift tough patterns. When you find yourself stuck in a rut and you know what you should be doing, but can’t seem to get there, therapy can help you get unstuck.

Schedule a consultation and we can chat about what you’re looking for and get a feel for whether or not we’d be a good fit to work together.

My practice is private pay. If your insurance plan has out-of-network benefits, I can provide the documentation needed for you to pursue possible reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer these benefits.

My rate is $180 per 50-minute session for individuals.
For couples, my rate is $265 for a 75-minute session.

Typically, I recommend starting with weekly sessions. This can be helpful as we’re getting to know each other and beginning the bulk of our work. That said, I’m always open to discussing what frequency feels right for you at any point in our work together.

Both! I have an office to meet in person in Florence, MA. For virtual sessions, I can see you as long as you’re somewhere in the state of Massachusetts.
